Training and Education Coordinator- Temporary Position
The Technology and Manufacturing Association is looking for a candidate to fill a part-time, short-term/temporary role until the end of October.
Start: ASAP
• Monday – Friday
• 25-30 hours/week
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Course/Training/Seminar Registration (online, blended and instructor-led)
- Entrance Exam Registration/Proctoring
- Course /Instructor Support
- Online Class support
- Invoices- get approval signatures and categorize
- Ordering materials/supplies
- Transcript/certification requests
- General Admin to TMA staff
- Light general education information and support for member companies
- Checking attendance for our Related Theory Apprentice Program
- Creating an excel spreadsheet of graduation dates.
- Scanning in training records and saving as directed.
- Miscellaneous
▪ Ordering lunch for staff lunches/meetings
