Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to focus on effectively selling abrasive products to targeted customers as well as prospecting for new business.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell the full range of abrasive product line focusing on product quality, service and value to achieve sales goals
  • Quickly gain an understanding of the company's products and customers
  • Provide customers with a positive sales experience
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Utilize strategic sales skills to gain new customers
  • Identify and pursue new customers, products and markets for growth
  • Provide accurate and timely information for sales forecasts

 

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Prior sales of abrasive products and applications particularly abrasive blasting material
  • Highly motivated, confident, professional
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to deal with several projects/tasks at once
  • Works well independently
  • Ability to travel 50%
