We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to focus on effectively selling abrasive products to targeted customers as well as prospecting for new business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell the full range of abrasive product line focusing on product quality, service and value to achieve sales goals
- Quickly gain an understanding of the company's products and customers
- Provide customers with a positive sales experience
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Utilize strategic sales skills to gain new customers
- Identify and pursue new customers, products and markets for growth
- Provide accurate and timely information for sales forecasts
Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience
- Prior sales of abrasive products and applications particularly abrasive blasting material
- Highly motivated, confident, professional
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to deal with several projects/tasks at once
- Works well independently
- Ability to travel 50%
