Responsibilities:
Primary Mission: Leads production for the company through process improvements, people management, and collaborative leadership to move the company into the future of manufacturing
· Leads process improvements through mastery of the Company's ERP system:
o Manages overall production for the company via the Manufacturing and Assembly Departments (Includes Shipping/Receiving)
o Ensures that in-house manufactured components and finished goods are produced on-time
o Ensures employees understand and use the ERP system effectively for ideal process implementation
o Responsible for data accuracy in the ERP system for production related processes
o Responsible for work order schedules
o Responsible for ERP routing
· Provides accountability of people management through both data and management skills:
o Responsible and authorized to hire and fire department members
o Responsible for the reviews of the department supervisors and ensures that they review their department employees
o Provides necessary training to achieve the goals and metrics of Company's management system
o Ensures customer requirements are understood and met by all department employees
o Ensures production departments maintain inventory counts and accuracy
o Ensures a safe working environment
o Collaborates with material manager for the availability of manufacturing materials
· Collaborates with other departments for company-wide initiatives:
o Participates in management meetings
o Provides manufacturing cost estimates for new projects and customer demand
o Works with outside vendors
o Authorized to lead capital improvement projects as they relate to manufacturing

Qualifications:
• University Degree or Equivalent in professional experience
• Experience in machining operations, productions control, & manufacturing
• Experience in team leadership
• Experience in 5S Lean Manufacturing strongly preferred
