About Stutz Company: Stutz Company is a leading supplier of specialty chemicals and materials for the metal finishing and manufacturing industries. We're growing and looking for a driven sales rep to help us expand our reach.

Job Summary: We're seeking a high-energy sales professional to focus on new customer acquisition. This role involves daily outbound outreach, identifying and researching prospects, and effectively positioning our key products with the right customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 40 outbound sales calls per day to targeted prospects.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, industry directories, and CRM tools to research and source leads.
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right Stutz products.
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls and presentations.
  • Track all activities and pipeline status in Zoho CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Confident making high-volume calls and cold outreach.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify quality leads.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM is a plus.
