Inside Marketing Associate

Job Description: We are seeking an Inside Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts. This role involves researching new customer opportunities, exploring social media platforms, and marketing our business. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customer opportunities through research and digital outreach.
• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to current and prospective customers to drive engagement and sales.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, databases and digital marketing.
• Explore and utilize various social media platforms to engage with potential customers.
• Create and schedule social media content to promote our services and capabilities .
• Assist in brainstorming new ideas and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update customer databases.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) software a PLUS
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and ability to multi task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with marketing tools and software is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
