CNC Machinist/Programmer

Since 2003, Koson Tool Inc. has grown from a small metal-working concept to a prosperous manufacturing network. CNC Machinist/Programmer

Job Responsibilities:

Apply basic knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, engineering drawings, material properties, layout, and machining procedures to set-up, operate and program CNC machine tools accurately, safely and efficiently.

Program, set up and run CNC Okuma lathes and mills

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of CNC machines, be able to perform quality control inspection on machined parts and be able to stand for at least 8 hours a day. Candidates should have knowledge of precision instruments (i.e., micrometers, calipers, gages) and be able to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Expectations:

Punctual attendance is required (overtime is usually available)

Ability to think on the fly!

Good Problem Solver

Programming using CAD Software experience is a plus!
